  I am on the no call list and yet these people will NOT stop calling me, I have just had surgery, I am a disabled person who suffers from a chronic pain disability and poor health and they start phoning me at 9 AM in the morning, I want to know how I can sue them for harassment

  Was called by them Sept 23/08. I called their admin office at 613 230 9109 and asked to be removed from their call list. I was treated politely and quickly, and they said it would take 24 hours. Thank you to Naomi (Apr 13 /07) who gave out this number.

  Got called twice, once at 9:05AM, and once at 9:20AM. We're trying to get some sleep here. Don't need surveyors and Telemarketers calling us at 9 in the morning.
