They just called back and said "oh, you never gave us a receipt number, so we still show your equipment as being missing, you have to call 1-800-COMCAST to get them to update *their* system so that it will get corrected in our system".
1st off know that they are doing a job. 2nd if you got a call informing you of what it was for. 3rd you have advised caller of the status and you still get calls.DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE FOR THAT NUMBER!
