These guys called me twice in 4 monthes. They like to pretend to scare you with a lawsuit, however, it is all a hoax. I don't know if they are debt collectors, however, do NOT give them any information. Simply hang up.
Called my cell phone asking for husband. Gave me this as a call back number. Man named Jack Malone from Pinnacle Asset Group saying a suit would be filed against my husband, and they needed some information. They would rather settle this than file suit. Having gotten calls like this before from other numbers, I just assume it is another scam.
