  i am getting 5 to 8 calls every day and no one is there.    I here a beep to note my phone answering, but there is no humam there or any response answering after the beep. I then get dozens of recorded calls from solicitors!    I owe no money to anyone and can not find a way to stop this calling to my business!    it always comes at the most inconvienent times and I need to get this stopped.    call back and nothing nor no one to speak to!     Please Leave me alone!    how do I get help?    The do not call list does not do anything! Please help me stop these calls.

  I have made it a point to call this number every time I see it come up on my caller ID and simply harras whateverf agent answers the phone.

  This is a message from Pay Pal Buyer Credit about discontinuation of paper invoices.  Most likely through GE Money services type credit card.

  They call me three times a day and when I answer no one is on the line. They also leave one-minute blank messages on my voicemail. I paid off my paypal account a year ago after making just one purchase using it. If there was someone on the other end of the line, I'd explain that to them!
