Repeatedly calling, more than once a day, every day of the week for almost a month despite being told that I have no interest in taking part in their research. Sometimes they call having withheld their number too - never leaving an answer machine message whether they withheld or not. Calls are all times of the day and evening too. Very annoying!!!

Had an ad with them that was totally useless.Did not cost me much thank god.Opted out of the contract. They say they are the yell.com of the motoring world.Stick to yell, as you will be better off. They lead you to believe their site is the bees knees, and will increase your business no end .It won't.

The worst thing about them is their telephone manner.Harsh, poor English, abrasive conduct, and general drivel about the effectiveness of their site.Life is full of media companies offering you the world. To me, this was a dead duck who will stay dead.

A shoddy company who should not be in the on-line directory business.

It seemed like a good idea when they rang although they are not nice individuals.A total waste of money as not one person contacted me from their site.Stay well away.

Just had a phone call from Motortrades, paid £365 for a 15 month contract with them, have seen no results from it all. They rang to say my automatic renewal will take effect as of today at £4,900 per year which will be charged to my credit card. No review of the service no warning just pay up. Credit Card was instantly cancelled & they can fight me for the payment. An absolute total scam & a terrible company to deal with. They use under hand, bullying tactics & do not provide the service that they claim to. Avoid them like the plague.

Number one the company name is Motortrades Ltd number two no its not a scam company its a motoring based web directory based in brentwood, es$ex to put it simply its a yell.com for only the motortrade. I have no idea where people get the idea this is a scam company they sell advertising to businesses at reasonable rates if you ask me. They have been trading since 2005 and have huge offices so why dont you call them speak to me and i can explain it clearly for you.

Regards,

Sales Manager
