Had a call from the above number saying they were the Centralised Server for ALL internet providers. Told me that our computer was spreading viruses on the worldwide web and "if I did not co-operate I would take the consequences".    This phrase was repeated over and over again which was extremely intimidating.
The urgency was, that if I did not co-operate, our Internet access would be barred.
I put the phone down -
The Asian sounding gentleman rang back immediately.    More insistent persuasion on his part - said the Trojan virus was on our computer. I asked for a phone number to ring back instead and was given 015120 90481.
Told him I was annoyed and put phone down.
He rang back immediately, ( Third Call) if    did not co-operate I would take the consequences.    The matter could not wait.    He did not want to sell me anything but wanted me to put the computer on and would talk me through it !!!!
He was very unpleasant.
I had found out more than I wanted to by now.    Said I was with the Telephone Preference Society.
He said "You are with TPS?" I said Yes - and HE put the phone down.

Just received a call from this number.    Was an asian accent with delay before they spoke although after tracing its from Lowestoft!!!
Firstly they addressed me by the wrong name then asked me the number I was answering of which I refused.    Then proceeded to tell me that I had a series of unathorised attempts on my internet account and then got quite angry because I was being cautious.    He then said at the end of the call because I wasn't willing to discuss they would disconnect my internet!!!    Yeah Right!!!!    Don't entertain them as its a huge scam after looking on the internet it seems they just want to get personal details!!!
