Tried calling me - Im all paid up so there is no reason for this awful company to speak to me.    So wish domestic users were open to competition like business users as I would leave southern immediately.

They called multiple times asking to confirm a payment destination. Called HSBC who said that they have nothing on the account and no record of anyone calling me. It appears this is a scam. They have sent me physical letters too asking to re-route £ to a sort code and account number, yet, they dont know my full address and the phone number they have for me is NOT the phone number HSBC have on file. Scam.

Repeatedly asked to be removed from marketing list, despite this repeatedly calling over the last 2 years. Sick of them.

Southern Water had no right to pass on my personal data to anyone without authorisation!

Southern Water are really the most dysfunctional, bullying and abusive company I have ever met. Their management are compulsive liars given to bouts of hallucinations. Facts and figures don't mean a thing to them.

They will pursue you for money you do no owe them under any fallacious pretext, even if it means inventing everything and anything.

They should all be sued and sent down. Thisis a country of crooks and thieves, corruption is the norm and continuous abuse over the less fortunate and the vulnerable.

When will we get a serious reform about Law and Order that are applicable and really protecting ordinary citizens???

I think this may genuinely be EDF energy, I have an open dispute with them, as they have been taking unauthorized monies from my account via direct debit, my phone won't accept unknown incoming calls not stored in the memory. I believe it to be genuine, but if you are thinking of going over to EDF, it is more trouble than their worth - unless you like having money taken from your account at their will or, hanging on the line for up2 40 mins a time to someone who is unprofessional & does't really give a monkey's, then good Luck to you!

Was left an answer phone message from this number claiming to have an important message from HSBC Finance and that we need to contact them urgently. Name left was unintelligible. Very suspicious.

I have informed HSBC that their name is being used in what looks to be a scam of some sort.

The # 01903825525 is not listed in their directory, according to a representative of their's.
