phoned my landline within 10 mins of me switching it on for the first time in week because of nuisance calls.    Didn't answer and they didn't leave a message.    Pain in the arse!

3 calls a day at the moment. They either hang up or ask to speak to somebody who doesn't live here and then get incredibly rude when asked to remove the number from the database. We are ex-directory and TPS registered and this is getting beyond the pale.

Got a call from this number today saying they were to doing an opinion poll, when I pointed out I am on the TPS and therefore they should not be calling me, they hung up when I asked them to explain why they had my number! Very rude ppl!

Called my mobile yesterday twice and today once. Didn't leave a message, and have received no texts that could be attributable to this person. Missed the call all 3 times.

(I'm Winchester Hospital employee)
This number is indeed owned by the Royal Hampshire County Hospital (RHCH) in Winchester.
If you're getting a call from them, it will probably be regarding an appointment, patient research or vocal delivery of any test results from a previous appointment or consultation.
The only problem is that if you call this number (825999), it won't necessarily go where you want. It's an old number that is occasionally displayed as the caller ID. I'm not sure why it does it, but if you want to get back in contact with whomever you spoke to and you don't have their direct line, please call the RHCH Switchboard on 01962 863535, and an operator will be able to patch you through to the person you need.

This was someone fishing to get my email address. On a quick Google search it looks like it's trying to initiate some sort of scam under the guise of an environmental company.

This is a Public number for Hampshire Constabulary. Used generally for those phones that don't accept anonymous callers.
