This number calls me regularly.    I do not answer.    It is a call centre of some sort.    They have just phoned me twice within the hour.    They are a nuisance.

I had a call from this chap with a strong foreign accent -starting by asking me politely " how are you today" . He then launched into    his script about survey and when I said we were registered with TPS his attitude changed and he asked quite aggressively why I hadn't mentioned that sooner

These cretins have been calling me nearly every day, always Indian accent (male or female). I told the latest one to remove me from the database, he said he can't. Grrrrr!

Just missed a call from this number this morning.....thank goodness I google the Area Code.    I don't know anyone in Ballymoney area who would know me so will know next time when I see the number displayed not to answer.

We've been on the TPS list for years and years. We still get scam calls from all over the place. And one today from this number, 02827 262524. So they're still active and still breaking the law.

I didn't answer, so I don't know what con they were going to try on me.

But thank you to all who do bother to alert us innocent people about these scammers. Without reading about the problems from this number here I would have been fraught all evening wondering whoever had called me from Ballymoney (Northern Ireland).

Another thing, surely it's not beyond the technology of BT and Virginmedia to put these scam call numbers on auto-block lists like they do with spam email addresses? No one has a God-given right to email or call anyone else with the intention of conning, scamming, pestering or harassing them!

Oh, I am mad. The man who rang me today from this number asked to speak to someone who doesn't live at this address. When I asked who and why he was calling he would not tell me unless I told him who I was.    Why would I tell a stranger who I was? Surely if he rung my number he should know who I was or at least tell me why he is calling? He was extremely rude, and said I was rude because I would not answer a perfectly worded English question (he was foreign) e.g. "What is your name?". He said I should not answer the phone if I don't want to speak to him, but hold on, I have a phone so that my friends and family (people who know my name) can ring me. Anyhow to cut a long story short, I just said okay, I won't speak to you and hung up. Best thing for it!Guest

Just had a call from this number.    Gentleman with a very strong Indian accent said he was George Michael (really!) calling from UK Home Survey and how are you today. Yeah, right.    Just told him Sorry I'm too busy for this right now and hung up...UK Home Survey seems to be non-existent according to Google.    And we're on TPS and have been for years.

Had a silent call from this number today as well. I'm actually thinking of just giving up the landline as 75% of the calls are nuisance and that is with the number signed up with the TPS for years!

Lady caller from 02827 262524, foreign accent, said problems with the computer we were using being run on Windows.
We don't use Microsoft Windows, so an obvious scam.
The next questions would no doubt have been for credit card details. Told her I hoped she managed to sleep at night and hung up
