At EMCAS we welcome all feedback, positive and negative, so that we can continually improve the services that we offer and the way we communicate with our customers.

We only buy data from reputable suppliers and only call clients who have expressly consented to further communication from either phone or website surveys and competitions. If you have any concerns regarding how we obtained your contact details, to request we remove your details from our lists, or to give feedback on any other element of our service, please email me directly at .

Please remember that we can only stop calls to your number if you tell us that you do not wish to receive them and you provide us with the phone number that we have called.

Kindest regards

Seems to be a phone call trying to get subscriptions from a political mini-party, using BNP data.    Probably from Jim Dowson's call centre.

They rang I answered they cut off.

I do not like cold callers. Their research is incorrect.

The call was silent, but with a slight noise in the background. I hung up after 10 seconds.

I have had 5 calls in the last 4 working days, so I called the number myself.

It turns out to be yet another set of bores wanting to refund your PPI problems!

I've been getting silent calls for some time from this number - sometimes more than one a day [probably using an automated dialler].    I've reported this to Ofcom today, via their website.    It seems Ofcom can fine / penalise firms that don't adhere to the correct procedures, if necessary.    I am fairly sure the way this firm has been using the system to call me is in breach of those hoping for success!    Just not sure if Ofcom has duristiction in Northern Ireland, as the calls originate from there, it seems.
