Had a call from them asking for a Mr Paul Roberts. No one of that name has ever had my number, I am ex-directory and registered with TPS.    This call has preceded dozens of calls from a company called something like Frederickson International, some kind of debt collection agency.    I've explained dozens of times to Frederickson that either someone has given them a fake phone number, or they've inputted it into their system incorrectly. Sounds like my phone number is being spread round left, right, and centre regarding debt collection, and since I don't have any debts, and their client is someone who has nothing to do with me or my phone number, I am sick to death of it, and fuming because it's been going on for months.

im not stupid im an IT technician and this time they messed with the wrong guy. they are scammers. error logs are as to be expected from the start of the call to 15min throughout i werent convinced by the lady even when i was transfered to the 'senior technician' who was pretty stupid. please do not fall for this. when you select the link to install team viewer its a scam, its a type of remote desktop which allows them access to your computer enabling them to collect all cache, passwords and personal info. please be careful of these

Can you imagine these people chasing for a loan I took in 2000. I was unable to pay back then and it has since been written off.

These guys are scammers. Every computer has errors in the error log, so they will get you to run the event viewer (eventvwr) and claim that the errors you see are a big problem and are slowing your pc down. I'm not sure if they are trying to sell you a service or grabbing personal information from your pc, but don't give them access (teamviewer, letmein, etc). Oh, and the positive comments you see above are probably from the scammers themselves (based in India), and they may call themselves Redhat, not Redout. You should ignore any call from a company claiming to be from technical support (I've had one claiming to be from Microsoft, and another claiming to be from Windows, as if Windows was a company), unless you've raised an issue with your own tech support company.

Its Rent4sure. Referencing for people who are moving to rented accommodation on behalf of the letting agent. Safe and fine.
