I tried to ring to sort out a repair to a vacume cleaner,I had paid extra insurance. They couldn't find a record of purchase.i have obtained proof of credit card payment but they did not speak English or understand. Cost me over £7 for this call and still not resolved

Someone is trying to convince me that I have bought advertising in a Community Direct leaflet.    I have received an invoice from above and a letter from a debt collection agency (suspiciously similar typefaces etc) with no address or phone number and neither has a web presence.

Are these calls outgoing? Do you have a home alarm system?    ADT is a potential culprit.

Automated voice message from Expert Logistics who are delivering from Appliances Online. They had asked whether I wanted notification texts/calls, so fair enough!

Notification of an appliance delivery from AppliancesOnline. They asked for permission to send notifications to the number, so not a prank caller.

This is the same number I have to contact if required regarding my Asda credit card which has been taken over by Santander.    I have no reason to be suspicious of it.

Not a telepest, it was to confirm an order for an appliance and confirmation of delivery, although it was an automated message.

I cannot find an alternate number for this. It's frustrating that I cannot get through on my mobile because it cost too much.

This was a call to tellme about delivery details of something ordered.    Not a prank or debt collector.
