A woman from this IT By Design company has called our office main line at least a dozen times in the last few months. Every time she asks for the CEO, who is rarely in the office. I tell her this, ask if I can take a message. She always seems frustrated and will only tell me that she is following up on an email and wants to set up a meeting. The most recent time she called, I informed her that since we are an IT company we are not in need of IT support. She claimed that wasn't why she was calling and seemed to be more annoyed than usual. I hope she stops soon! This is not a good way to drum up new business. It makes their company seem extremely shady and aggressive.

Caller ID said Ready, Set Rock and it is for Medic Alert or Life alert.

think it is for those Medic Alert systems for elderly.    Other posts say the call starts out for seniors (but they have all hung up so don't know for sure what the call is)    I had it on my caller ID when I was out & called it back to see who it is, but only got a busy signal.

A caller contacted me stating they were calling to schedule an MRI for me. When I asked if this was Humana, they said yes..they knew about an MRI that had been requested to Humana from my "health care provider" and were trying to get personal information from me.
In my further questioning I determined that they were not Humana, but a billing broker, promising that they could possibly schedule a proceedure at less $$ out of pocket for me..
It appears that insurance companies (Humana) must be providing patient contact information    to "imaging brokers" who may have deals cut with possibly substandard imaging centers in order to route the imaging to the lowest bidder at the time..
Quite disturbing (but not suprising) that the insurance companies subcontract to brokers..and provide my personal contact information!

I'm not really sure what this company is about. I received 2 calls one from 321-203-5051 out of FL and the other 212-203-4109 (NYC). So I Googled & Yahoo'd both. I thought it odd that they both had a 203 in the middle. Both searches were vague at best but I did notice they had associations with a Level 3 Communications which I believe is some telemarketer for internet services of sorts, but not sure.

Erica obviously has something wrong with her. As she is not only rude but continues to call you when you ask her to stop and tell her you are not interested in her services. I am not sure what she is trying to accomplish because she must aleinate anyone she speaks to with her attitude.

This call is from Union Square Eye Clinic(in the Beth Israel bldg). I had asked a social worker if they had an eye care center there she gave them my phone #. Now the calls never stop coming.

A Jeff called and stated he was from a Podiatry in New York and had a patient that needed a referral and in the Casper area. And I stated; I can do the referral. He stated he wanted to speak to Doctor about it. I stated I was Office Manager and I can take ALL information! He DID NOT want that!

Seen that this number has many different types of organizations related to it!

This is a Zocdoc Guerrilla marketing call stating that she wants "to send a patient over on a referral but really needs to speak with the doctor to make certain it's a good fit." They have multiple numbers from multiple states and sometimes identify themselves as working with a facility that is known to you. Sales effort won't be identified until your doctor is on the line.

don't presume the call is from n.y. as telemarketers are likely spoofing the phone numbers that appear on our call displays. they can make anything they want to appear there using the software programs that they use to generate their phone calls to us. we just get selected by whatever lists they are using to make their calls. if you answer and there is no one there it's only because you didn't answer quickly enough the software has already hung up on you because it doesn't want to waste the telemarketers time. it generates several calls at once and whoever answers first wins the prize of the telemarketers call. please consider who you give your information to. like simply giving it to the cashier at Walmart or wherever. it just helps them complete the info generated from your credit card. then who kows what they do with it, sell it to telemarketers for a profit. and it's all your fault for trusting them. just give them 555-5555 if they insist on one. just use common sense to protect yourself.

What a waste of my time and energy dealing with these horrible scammers.    I have registered to be on the do not call list so many times and begged these idiots to stop calling but they won't.

call from this number asking for owner of business, when asked why it was the free google listing spiel. I said I was only visiting whilst out on day release but would gladly sign any checks needed if I was allowed some crayons as I'm not allowed sharp pointy objects like pens.

"click brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr"

I don't usually have time to play with these time wasters but couldn't help it today!

This company, Yext, Inc, and Felix Inc are a complete sham!    The people who work there will literally tell ANY lie to get your credit card number, and are incredibly rude when they are asked not to call.    This woman actually called our office 17 times within 5 minutes after being told to stop calling us.    Then another employee of this company called pretending to be a patient who needed to be scheduled, he asked where we were located, and when I said Florida, he said he'd like to schedule.    I could hear Erica laughing in the background.    Incredibly unprofessional, and their company is a hoax, at best.    Don't waste your money on these idiots.    Everything they say to you on the phone is complete BS.    And for the LOVE of GOD, don't ever go on their website and enter ANY information (I think one of our therapists did this last year, which is why they are calling).
