Another Craigslist Scammer!
Guest (Minneapolis, United States) May 22 2013, 4:37 am Post
Calling my cell 4-5 times per day for past week, but never leave a message. I called the number back, and got a "hello" from someone who sounded drunk. No business name, just "hello".

I cancelled Time Warner to get my bill down, and had thought to go back after it was all paid to zero.    I've returned the equipment, but have not yet even gotten a final bill.    One day, they called 19 times.    Today, in 10 minutes, I got five calls.    An average day is 10 calls.    I will never, ever go back to Time Warner, and would warn anyone to stay away from them to avoid their leg breakers.

Always calls for Thomas J. Vanderpool, disregards my telling them that I am not, Mrs. Vanderpool, insists on referring to me as Mrs. Vanderpool or insisting that I pass along the message to above referenced individual. All numbers tie back to this numbers when I look them up. I ask that I be put on the "do not call list", and within less than 15 minutes there is someone calling me back, AGAIN asking to speak with, yes, Mr. Thomas, J.Vanderpool. The "Do Not Call List" is bogus.

Block your number and call them then give two other scammer numbers.    They will call each other and waste their time.

Recieved a call stating that I had criminal charges pending. But never even verified myself to make sure they were speaking to the correct individual. Also stated about a possible warrant......    Is anyone else getting these typed of calls???????

this is a fraud collection company that violates all fair debt collection act laws.    If you ever had a payday loan, they will call you and claim you owe money and that you will be arrested if you dont pay them.
File a police report if you get a call from them and call the attorney general.    1000's of americans are getting scammed.    They need to be stopped and they will eventually be arrested.
