Bethany from Wells Fargo, student loan entity.
This is a call center wishing to seek clients who are behind on student loan payments.
We asked to be removed from their calling list because the number they are calling is a business.
Bethany said that this is the number someone must have given them so that is why they are calling.
Bethany said she will do a search of the phone number to see if they can get the number removed from their system. If not, they are sorry.
Hmm..not a good enough answer! Get the number removed, and don't call again.

Called and asked us a bunch of questions on a trailer. Acted like they were interested in buying though he asked specific questions a common customer wouldn't. Felt like it was a telemarketer and after searching the phone # on google I guess I was right. Time wasters!!!!

Recieved phone call no message.    Called them back and they refused to tell me who they were unless I was "doing business with them"....asked what kind of business....gono answer.

Sounds fishy to me and I would advise avoiding calls from this 'suspicious' phone number - - else why wouldn't they disclose any information as to who/what they are

They act as if they are a telemarketing group, but Debt Collectors are doing this so that they can find out if your phone is active since people do dodge their calls.    This is one of them.

This number called wanting to complete the final steps to a Great Western Visa card that I never applied for. Seemed pretty fishy.

This is a company that determines values for total loss vehicles. They work with insurance companies to get the insured an accurate value for a totaled vehicle by calling used car managers (as stated above), wholesalers (as myself) and, apparently, private sellers with similar products for sale. Harmless and have always been ok with me
