This number calls and hangs up every time.    When I call back to see who it is, they let it ring a long time and then just pick up and immediately hang up.

Well, seeing the other posts, I have BLOCKED this number from being able to call my home phone.

This call is likely a SCAM - one of the tons of calls people are getting regarding solar energy, lower your energy bill, offer for free energy audit inside your home.    Caller ID says Karen Roebuck.    What you see in caller ID means nothing anymore. Scammers can put anything they want into the caller ID.    I hope that someone named "Roebuck" has not had her or his phone number hi-jacked as so many others have by scammers.    Other phone numbers offering the same kind of energy offers: 813-324-6618 (spoofed);
863-665-4948 (D. Manley in caller ID and identifies as
American Solar Energy Rep);813-865-1350; 813-788-
5307 (scammers hi-jacked the phone number of a child
care business and then claimed to be offering energy
assistance); 850-583-4311; 727-544-3031 (claimed to
represent Future Energy); 813-419-4687 (spoofed #);
407-205-1391; 305-442-8770; 727-733-3140 (American
Solar Energy Rep again); 813-337-0077; 813-472-9580
(Alternative Solar Energy) and 727-216-3238 (Lewis or
Brian Beaston in the caller ID, claim to represent
Future Energy again).    Good idea not to pick up the

Most likely a SCAMMER from the many posts.
Don't answer the phone

Recorded message - regarding upcoming November elections.    Use caution if you pick up the phone.    Don't give out any information or money unless you are sure that the
caller is legit.    A recent article in our local newspaper of a
woman, whose phone number had been hi-jacked (spoofed) by scammers posing as reps for political parties and/or candidates......seeking donations which they, of course, pocket for themselves because they are scammers.
Make certain the call is legitimate before you give out
any information and especially money

Did not pick up call.    Caller ID said Unavailable.    Message
indicates that caller is looking for small businesses to do
work for government, so it is odd that they would be calling
phone numbers randomly that have nothing to do with
business.    Looked this number up on the phone websites
and there are tons of posts (mostly negative).    It is questionable if Federal Procurement Agency is a bona fide
organization.    Same calls have come from other phone
numbers such as 888-286-5795 (many posts on this
number) and 971-217-9516.    From the many posts on
these calls, something sounds very "phishy".    Best to

727-331-1099... CID = "Straquadine, Mar" Company = None
Never heard of "Mar Straquadine" but it's been calling my landline a lot recently.
Can't help noticing there's also a lot of political *stuff* happening recently.
Just now, it's calling about every 60 seconds.
Don't pick up for strangers, don't call back when there's no relevant content.

Caller identifies as American Solar Energy....wanting to
do free energy audit in your home.........same sales pitch
as Future Energy and Alternative Solutions.     Return calls
have been met with, " this number is out of service".
Likely a phishing/scam.

This is a robo call from Greenlight Pinellas/PSTA in
Pinellas County, Florida.    The recorded message concerns the November referendum.    Voting yes on the referendum
allows for all sorts of road improvements and also, allows
the costs for all the improvements to be paid for by increasing the state sales tax.

Caller ID says SSI (not social security).     Company is
Survey Sampling International.    Call is Political - asking
if you are registered to vote in the FL Nov. Election.
They have called here late at night (after 9pm).    We don't
pick up.    Other numbers that they have used are:
(727)755-7282 and (727)748-4432

This number, 727-914-1753 is a SPOOFED NUMBER.
Caller claims to be representing Fl State Troopers Union,
soliciting donations.     I think that SPOOFED NUMBER
says it all.

This is some type of political call.    The message was
recorded and mostly garbled.    All I could hear was to vote
NO for something or other in the November election in
Pinellas County, FL.

Excerpt from Yahoo Homes Article, " Don't fall for fall
home improvement scams", dated 9/5/14

Scam:    Cut your heating costs with a free energy audit.

" Con artists may advertise free energy audits, sometimes
mis-representing themselves as being from the local
utility.    The goal is to trick you into paying thousands of
dollars for items such as insulation or solar blankets for
your attic.    Another concern is that letting someone
you don't know into your home could be inviting theft
or even worse."
