This is a SCAM CALL.    The information in the caller ID,
Drs. Kirk and Vale, is false.     SCAMMERs have spoofed
(hi-jacked) the fax machine number of a chiropractic
clinic (The Caring Touch) in Cooper City, FL.    The fax
number was active in 2011 but has since been changed.
Chiropractors do not have the time nor the interest to
randomly call tons of people all over the country: Colorado,
Chicago, New England, Georgia, to name a few, peddling
pain medications and whatever else the SCAM ARTISTS
are peddling.    Do not believe anything that you see in
the caller ID anymore.    Do not pick up the phone.    Do
not return messages.    Delete! Delete! Delete!

Very rude. Sales call to our law firm. Tried to bypass the person answering the phone by using deceptive methods and intimidation, but got upset when told that solicitation calls like his are not accepted. Why would our firm want to deal with someone like that?

A few times a week I get a call from them.

The person on the other end could barely speak English,
He then tells me I was pre-approved for a loan up to $8000 I let them know again to remove my number and not to call again.
Then he hangs up.
Here is a link to the recording of this phone call.

This is T-Mobile's auto-dialer for collections .    If this number calls you, you are probably past-due on your T-Mobile payment. If you answer they auto-connect you their system to try to collect    bill payment.

I've received several calls from this same area code lately... they never leave a message and when I try to call the numbers back, they are disconnected. I tried to call this number back literally within seconds after they called me and it was disconnected... very strange.

A man call my house left a message for me with my wife, when I call back he said I own $500.00 but there was an 80% settlement on the table for only $400.00 instead, i ask him to mail me some paper work with the debt info. He or the company send me the information I request, I ask him if I could make payments so he fix it for me to make payments of $100.00 every 2 weeks., that for me work just fine. As soon as I finish making the last payment withing 5 days I received a letter saying that my debt was clean.

He has called me a couple times and every time was a bad time for me to talk plus we are satisfied with our current health insurance but this time I took a minute to listen to him because at first he was personable and nice.    He told me a little about the plan and I gave him some info about our current plan then he said he could save us money and wanted to set up an appointment to come by.    I told him I would rather get the details over the phone and then if we were interested we could set up an appointment.    He said he can't tell me everything over the phone that it has to be in person to see the documents and grasp the whole concept so I asked him to email it.    He said he doesn't email and I said well, I am not interested then and he got IRATE and screamed F*&% Y65!!!! and hung up!!!!    This is just awful and now that I did some research I see he is doing this to many people.    This needs to be stopped.    It is harrassing and no way to do business.    I would of seriously considered his product if he would of just gotten me the pricing, etc...    without having to meet with him.    He went from funny and nice to CRAZY in seconds and this is scary!    The name on the caller id was Peggy Goldstein.
