SA Partners got me, too, last October--but for $22.25.    Guess they've gone-up over the years.

I received a strange call 3 days ago and this is what the message said: "My name is Donna Ross, and I'm contacting you in reference to a case that I have pending here in our office in this (She said my name here), please return the call to me as soon as you get this message. My number is 972 area code 471 9179. Please give me a call back referring to pending case number xxxx xxxx. Thanks. Have a good day." She did not mention a company or entity that she is with, and she somehow had my first name. I do not have any pending cases, and I have never heard of her before. I did a reverse search to see what the phone number originated from and found this website. Apparently she has called other people also.

They were very friendly and professional. They wanted to make sure everything went well with my recent service visit at the dealership and if not what could be done to remedy the situation. I appreciate the follow up.

They called my grandson phone looking for my husband, they told my grandson to tell my husband that they have a warrant for his arrest if he doesn't call them back at a certain time, so I called the number back and they lady what the name of the business ,she said speak no English,    I replied back and said you just spoke English, then she started speaking off the wall junk, so I told her that I was going to report that number, but I really didn't know what to do, so I just Google the number and found some small information.

dea calling from wrong region, uh huh and they definately tell you that they are executing a warrant on you before the cops/local agents show up

Total scam    reporting to the FTC tomorrow, i'm pretty sure they will be quite interested in talking with these 'dea special agents'

DEA agent wanting to ask questions but he never returned my call, then I googled the number only to realize it's not the DEA office, but a complete scam. Figures! It sounded fake to me!

UPDATE>    Agent Bolden never returned my call so I called the number again.    This time I was finally put through to Agent Bolden.    He gave me this long-winded account of how I have broken the law back in 2007 by ordering some type of medication from an online company.    He went on to say that an arrest order was being processes as we spoke and that agents would be arriving at my home to take me into custody.    He then stated that there was a way that I may be able to avoid arrest but I interrupted him and asked him why the phone number that I called was different from the one listed on the official DEA website and that the DEA had never heard of his name when I told them what was going.    After a long pause, he proceeded to inform me that I had blown my chance and that agents were on their way to my home to take me into custody. I told him that I would look forward to seeing them.    I then hung up.

This so-called DEA agent left a message on my machine.    He said that if I didn't get in tough with him immediately, there would be a warrant issued for my arrest.    Since I felt like "messing" with them, I called back several times trying to locate agent Bolden.    He never was available, of course, but I was told that another "agent" could help me.    I said that since Bolden was the one who called, I would feel more comfortable talking to him    They hung up.    I called again today and they said that Bolden would return my call.    We'll see.

Claimed he was DEA Special Agent David Wilson stating that I was involved an on-going investigation.    I wouldn't confirm anything and he said he wished me the best of luck and that I should hire an International Federal Attorney.
