Got a call at 13.15 from these lovely people.    Trying to sell something.    So I sung them a song about cancer and how I hope it makes them die.

Cancer will make you die
Cancer will make you die
When you're coughing up chunks of lung in your eye
Cancer will make you die.

I am guessing they must have done, as they hung up whilst I was singing the last line.

I received a call today from this number and they told me that I had won a holiday at Silver Lake Resort Florida and a 3 night Carnival Cruise in the Bahamas for the cost of $698 for up to 4 people.    They wanted credit card details to secure the booking and when I refused they said that I had recently given my credit card details to an airline.    So somehow they got my information from Qantas or Virgin (Australia).    Very rude guys by the name of Anderson Perry and Clay Valentine.    Scammers for sure.

Received this call, but I was not at home. As I do not know anyone in the US with this number I did not call back.

Silence when I pick up, so next time must make sure I have my glasses on and can see the display - won't answer next time. This number has called me a few times over 6 months or so, so I should have recognised the number.

Cold call used to ask if I had had a car accident in the last 3 years told them I was not interested at all in the call and that I didn't have a car    and had NEVER been in a car accident as I am housebound, but it didn't stop him from going on and on asking me questions I just hung up

This caller had a Indian accent (from India) this is not the first time that I have had a call from this number - I have also had a few days ago about a virus on my computer.

I am x-directory and use the tps what use are those when councils, banks, utility companies, comparison services, amongst a few sell your information on it should be punished by law when these companies do that especilly when you specifically request on their own sites or via telephone for them not to pass on your information!

The really bad thing is that because these companies calling your are in a call centre in another country that are not liable to the laws of our own country!

Beware of the phone number 0011976000. It has been confirmed as a south east Asian call centre where the callers on the pretext that your computer is faulty get you to go to their online site to download a patch to fix the issue. Of course you are downloading software which steals pretty much everything on your computer.

The caller is located approximately here - City: New Delhi (0011976000)

You can register your phone number with

The caller started with a rather bad english accent "it's about your computer...". Beeing an IT-professional, it was right away clear that this caller just wants to place some weird story like "your pc is infected by viruses, and we can help you" in order to receive a payment. I ended the call right away without loosing my time. Please do the same!
