It's a call centre used by companies for surveys and sales calls. That's why it pops up quite a lot.

I am also from Ireland but I doubt very much that it could be either Ulster Bank or Hallifax or UPCas I have no dealings with either. She goes hello im emma(or jemma dunnno) and we're doing a survey for MBI(think thats it)
I just hung up!

I suspect this was a survey call. I got it today. The phone rang for about 5 seconds then stopped, before I could answer it. It's a dublin city centre number. I didn't ring back. I was afraid that I would be charged hundreds of Euros by a computer somewhere in Africa!

Believed a marketer and as out of area
And there is a scam involving callers ringing
To find out who the caller is and being hit
with huge fees instantly upon connection

I got this number today, don't think it's form UPC, because he called my name and the phone that I never used for any serious business, it's just a nickname    for some website.

Trying to con people into thinking that they are calling on behalf of Microsoft and that your computer has a problem etc. They will then try and get you to download a program from their site (I have been told as I have never let them get that far) to let them get into your computer to fix it. Don't do it!!!!!! it is a con and it will cost you and compromise your computers security!!
