Said they could lower my debt with a low interest payment over my current cards. stated that they have a processing fee of 599.99 for the service. They were pushy and kept calling me back after i dropped the call.

This number is no good. When told to remove our telephone number he got upset and start to tell me that I should listen to what ever. The second time the person called I told to person that I would report them to the State of Kansas

When I picked up, someone was on the line listening, then hung up.

Not only was that a waste of my incoming minutes, but if it is long distance outside of US, UK, AU, and CA then it is costing me long distance minutes.

Don't pick up if this number calls you.

I am registered on the DO NOT CALL registry and do not wish to be contacted by solicitors, especially on my cell phone.

All About FMS: An Overview
The Financial Management Service (FMS), a bureau of the United States Department of the Treasury, provides central payment services to Federal Program Agencies, operates the federal government's collections and deposit systems, overseeing a daily cash flow of $94 billion. FMS provides government-wide accounting and reporting services, and manages the collection of delinquent debt owed to the government. FMS also supports federal agencies' financial management improvement efforts in the areas of education, consulting, and accounting operations.

FMS has about 1,800 employees, one-third of whom are located in three Regional Financial Centers (RFCs)—Kansas City, MO; Philadelphia, PA; and San Francisco, CA; and two Debt Collection Centers. The RFCs issue payments by electronic funds transfer (EFT) and paper check, and the Debt Collection Centers collect debts older than 180 days on behalf of federal agencies. All FMS employees, including the Commissioner, are career civil servants.

This person by the name of Tiffany Sims called a family member today stating that I owe a debt from a payday loan company whom I never heard of...I stated that I needed written documentation she said she will place me on hold while she call the so called bank that I am suppose to have the account with..liar..she then got back onto the phone rattling off personal info of mine some of it was not even correct..these people are a part of the Maucoduit Luna scam...dont believe them at all they are trying to scam money from you.
I will be filing a suit against them because this needs to stop ASAP!! Forgot to add they also change their numbers as consumers find them out...so beware!!
