International number trying to get $$ out of me. Calls ALL hours of the night!!! Because they are SOO smart that they obviously don't realize there is a time difference between the US and KOREA!!!!!

Again today I received a message" WE HAVE ALREADY COMPLETED WITH DOCUMENT OF YOUR CAR, AND WE WANT TO DELIVER YOUR CAR, SO CAN YOU CALL US BACK FOR MORE INFORMATION" same as the above-mentioned number, no sender.Please, please, please stop fooling people.
This number keeps calling my cell and I am sick of it. They started calling late a night and now they call all day. When I answered the first time they said something I couldn't understand so I told them to stop calling, they called right back, but had their number restricted on the caller id. Now they are calling and saying nothing when answered.
I have been receiving calls from this number to my cell phone in the middle of the night. Twice they left a message, but I couldn't understand it because it was in a foreign language. You would think when they heard my voice mail message they would get a clue they had the wrong number!
A received an sms stating that I had won a car worth so much money and they wanted my contact details as to where I wanted it shipped. They asked for 500 USD to be transferred to an account to a man's name in Niorbi Kenya. Upon calling this number I spoke to a man with a heavy english accent telling me exactly what I had read in the message. Its says that the car was gonna be sent from the GERMAN INTERNATIONAL MOTOR POOL. This is a scam?
